I designed a Toyota Camry (2007-10) cup holder to replace a missing middle part. The compartment for the cup holder is very shallow and asymmetric in design. My goal was to replace the missing (but spring loaded) OEM part with a device that could accommodate a large big-gulp cup. The cup holder I designed is in two parts; 1) A stand alone cup holder 2) A frame which fits into the cup holder to hold large cups firmly in place. The shallow cup holder was never designed to accommodate a large sized cup.
