Description

When you have ladders/plywood/pipes/whatever hanging out your tailgate and it won't close, it beeps all the way home, and that's annoying! Insert this into your tailgate, the locking mechanism will grab it, and then it will shut up. Simply press the tailgate close button and it will eject this plug (catch it with your hand) and the motors will close the tailgate as normal. Tested as perfect fit on Toyota 2020 Highlander Hybrid, likely works on other models. Cable tie holes at the top center allow for attaching a red safety flag, which your supposed to use when something is sticking out the back of your vehicle. Other cable ties holes allow for attaching a bungie cord, or similar, across the top to keep the tailgate down. Any use and circumvention of car safety controls are done so at your own risk, don't be dumb.
