This is a custom dial meant to slip on to the 4wd/2wd dial in a Toyota Tacoma 2020 model. I don't know if it will fit other models. The dial will prevent you from accidentally moving the dial into 4wd or 2wd mode. The transmission dial is right next to the fan control, so in the dark or if you are not looking at the dash you could turn the wrong knob. This prevents that from happening. It can be easily removed if you need to turn the dial and shouldn't require any adhesion.
