Description

Heya! This is a two piece insert for a Volvo P1800 ashtray to magnetically hold a cellphone in its SP connect SPC+ cover. You need to assemble the two parts with two M5 screws - I suggest printing at least the flap in 1,2 or 1,6 mm layer height to make the printed threads work. The original ashtray metal spring needs to be removed but the ashtray drawer works well nonetheless - it just does not have its endstop. You have to pull out the ashtray quite far to fold up the flap. Needed material: 2 M5x25 screws 1 SP connect magnetic adhesive mount (that round magnet ring) I suggest printing it in PETG just for temperature stability.
