1din car stereo front plate for volvo xc90 I (2006)
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is a stereo front plate adapter for Volvo xc90, 2006 model. For one full size din slot (lower) no modifications to center console is needed. The upper din slot is not full size (max depth < 100 mm) due to center console mounting bracket. The size fits just to Ultimaker 3 corner to corner (settings provided in.3mf). The scad model provides the dimensions and can be modified to dual din easily. There will be a 5 mm gap between the front panel and the climate control panel as the cube at the back is missing square holes. However, there is room at the top for the panel to slide upwards. Issues/TODOs: - Din slots are really tight: increase din slot hole height and width by 0.5 mm - Square holes for support brackets missing at the bottom: extend the surface (not the block on the back) downwards by 5 mm (or cut square holes for mounting brackets to the lower back side) - No mounting supports: Commented out in.scad as they don't fit to print area.
