6.5" Toyota MR2 Spyder Speaker Bracket
Shared by
Michael ChenDescription
A simple 6.5" speaker bracket for some Toyotas, including the MR2 Spyder. I ran into issues with off-the-shelf brackets sticking out from the door too far. The design, particularly for the shield, is not perfect. I am currently successfully using the bracket without the dust shield in my 2003 MR2 Spyder. Modified Printrbot Simple Metal Use a filament that can tolerate high temperatures (ex: PETG or PC) It is possible to print on most 8"x8" beds with careful rotation of the bracket. 8.5º worked for me. You must glue the shield to the speaker frame if you wish to use it (I didn't).
