MR2 MWR cruise control extension
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
I purchased the aftermarket cruise control from Monkeywrench Racing for my 2003 Toyota MR2 Spyder. This has been a very good unit so far (6 months) and a very welcome addition to this old car, BUT the battery-powered wireless control module mounted to the steering wheel is hard to reach unless you have orangutan thumbs. I designed this extender to slide onto the module mount and then you slide the module onto the extender, which brings everything closer to the front of the steering wheel where you can reach it. Does not interfere with the horn, etc. Note, I printed this in PETg and it fits loosely. I used a little duct tape inside the slider to make it fit tightly. You might want to modify it for your own use.
