Dodge Ram Diesel oil filter cap
Description
Oil filter cap for removing the old oil filter from Dodge Ram 6.7L Cummins Diesel oil filter without making a mess. With the 6.7L oil filter positioning it is necessary to tilt the filter to remove it from the vehicle. Consequently it spills oil all over the frame. If you install the cap and then tilt the filter out of the vehicle you can avoid the mess. You can also use it to pre-lube the filter and install without spilling all of the oil out before it gets where its going. As far as I know this will only fit the 6.7 liter cummins diesel engine. It has a 1"-16tpi thread. I have two versions, one with a cummins logo and the other with the Dodge ram. I added a V2 with a lip on the bottom to help seal it a little better.
