Description

This is a simple fuel cable fix for a common Honda Civic problem. You can youtube or google the problem, and the fix. I didn't feel like spending $20, so I measured the cable clamp (or whatever) and made this piece. One is connected with screws, because I wanted a quick test and didn't want to spend a lot of time designing a clip or snap joint. This one is bulky and the trim piece wouldn't fit over it and could not close things back up. This makes me question the $20 option. It's about the same size. The other is thinner and suitable for zip-ties or wire. I used both. I got lazy but excited so no photos are posted. But I did install the latter and it works just great! It's still a bit bulky so I trimmed the trim piece back to fit over it. 16-year old car, I could't be bothered anymore.
