Description

This is just a bracket (or mount) for a Speed Tech Lights Z4 surface mount light. It's designed to mount on the rear passenger door panels and shine out of the small window of the Ford Crown Victoria. The two holes up top are sized to fit #6-32 tapered heat-set inserts but you can also just use machine screws with nuts on the back. I've made them out of standard polycarbonate (PC), NylonX, and now Carbon Fiber PC. The best results that I've experienced has been the following: Wall thickness: 4 shells Layer height: 0.2 mm Infill: 15% Infill Pattern: Gyroid.
