Description

I put the RedArc brake controller in my Gen 2 Tacoma by just cutting up one of the center console blank plates and it worked, but wasn't easy. Then my brother-in-law got the RedArc for his Gen3 and since I had a 3D printer I designed this piece to save needing to chop up the plastic piece. I didn't have black filament so i just printed the test fit pieces in orange. In my v2 I had the tabs out the back, similar to the OE plate, but when test fitting we realized the tabs wouldn't fit, but once I snapped them off the piece fit in fine as is. I am uploading the v3 STL without the tabs. The fit of the back of the controller button/dial is a tight fit when going into the dash, which helps keep it in place. *Also this should work fine with the Standard (pictured knob) or the Elite Controller. I contacted RedArc about the heads and the only difference is the knob itself, the main part of the unit is the same for both.
