Volvo 480 - Seat back rest repair
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is a repair part for the front seats in the Volvo 480. The seat rest knob on my car didn't work anymore since the plastic had cracked and did not have tight fit on the axle. I made this repair kit that you simply just fit onto the original knob that keeps the cracked plastic together and at the same time extends it. Notes I have only tested and printed it with PLA so far and the fitting is good and works well for me. I glued mine to the original knob thats why I had to use a good knob in the second picture for illustration Printed with 100% infill Recommend to use ABS even if I did it in PLA
