3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is a removable insert for the front dual cup holder in a 2010 Ford Expedition. My rubber one went missing, so I designed a replacement. Printed with the top plate against the bed, no supports are needed as bridging is suffice. For a better quality print, I suggest slowing your bridge speeds down, this will result in a better/tighter finish on the inside of the cup holder base, and make it easier to wash out when needed. I printed at 4 walls and 70% infill (because I use PLA and I wanted it to have more material to withstand the summer heat), but in hindsight, that was extreme overkill.
