Mercedes Sun Visor Clip
Shared by
3DPrintedCarPartDescription
This is a visor clips I designed and printed for my 1989 Mercedes Benz 300E. It should also fit: W123, W124, W126, W140, W201 It has no provisions to carry electricity for the vanity mirror & light. I used Carbon Reinforced PETG from 3DXTech (3DXMAX®). Print orientation is important. - The screw cover should be printed on its side. This will give it greatest strength across it's "C" opening. - The main clip should be printed on its back, assuring little or no need of supports, and facilitating load transfer from the screw cap to the screw head. The strength from the assembly comes from the screw cover. When the screw cover is inserted into place, its opening captures the visor and transfers the load into the base of the main piece.
